Stop marketing to me

Enter your email address and we will send you a confirmation link. Clicking that link removes you from the businesses we work with permanently.

Adding your phone number stops calls and text messages as well as email. We verify by email either way, so nobody can remove a number that is not theirs.

We ask you to confirm by email so that nobody can remove someone else. We will not tell you whether your address is in our data, and we do not use this form for any other purpose.
